I have been to countless salons for my thick, bushy brows, mostly for waxing, and have had such a hard time finding someone who consistently shaped my brows right for me, not going crazy thin and unnatural looking. The lady at New Look does just that, and in little time with very little skin irritation leftover. My brows look tamed, but natural at the same time and I find I am able to go longer in between threading appointments. However, I still prefer home waxing my upper lip as I find that threading does not get all of the hairs.

I am so happy Houma has an eyebrow threading place! I used to get my brows threaded when I was in Atlanta for college, but had to resort to waxing when I came back home. Threading is so much better – it’s fairly painless (unless it’s your first time or you’ve waited to long between visits) and it lasts longer! I will be returning!

This place is ok. The lady is very nice and even stayed past business hours a couple times for me, but sometimes she is not there and her husband does it. Also, I am very picky about my brows and I feel like they were never the same shape.

The best place to have my eyebrows threaded. I’ve tried other places but none have done done the job correctly. I travel over 40 minutes to get there but it is worth the trip. Thanks for shaping my brows so nicely!

If it’s the one on the mall, it’s alright. Unfortunately, it’s the only one in Houma that does threading. The hours aren’t really convenient. Last time I went, the lady did my eyebrows in like 30 sec. and I feel like she didn’t really care for my needs. And I wasn’t happy with them. I would rather drive to New Orleans and get them threaded there

This place is awesome!!! The owner is extremely pleasant, sweet, and quick. Anyone who threads, usually threads out their mouth, it doesn’t come close to you! She is constantly breaking the thread. This lady works extremely hard and for ppl to just bad moth her business is ridiculous! I have been going here for years, I have never had a bad experience!

Been a customer for years, the business hours is very inconsistent. I went today and the lady was venting about the lack of respect she’s endured. She spoke about customers expecting her to be in all the time and upset @ customers for not wanting her husband to provide the service… Next time I’ll get a wax or drive to NOLA, wheres theres no room for superiority bc theres too many threading boutiques.
