Critical: QualityI’m so disappointed. This used to be my go-to eyebrow threading place. When the pandemic happened, they were closed for a year or more. They finally reopened and I went to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady who did my brows over threaded them! I had very full brows now they are skinny and ugly. I never told her I wanted skinny brows. Now, I have to fill my brows in for the next 3-4 months in hopes that my brow hair can grow back. If you decide to go here be very detailed about how you want your brows. I just wanted them cleaned that’s it. Lesson learned. If you are in need of a regular eyebrow place please give these ladies your business! They are amazing!! I send all of my coworkers to them and they are amazing! No complaints! Literally made one of my coworkers who thought her brows could never have a shape a firm believer! They even remember exactly how I like my brows when I go in! Moana is my girl and her mom is just as great!!

Let me start off by saying, I never had my eyebrows done before. I pluck my eyebrows myself and clean them up, but that’s about it. I planned on getting my eyebrows done because I was going to my high school’s homecoming dance. I was searching place by place in Torrance and reading reviews; I love my eyebrows and was skeptical of anyone getting near them. I went on a Thursday evening and I never got the name of the woman who threaded my eyebrows, but she did an amazing job. I think she was the manager. My eyebrows came out looking amazing, I will definitely come back again.

I was told a different price for service than I was charged ! She quoted $25.00 for threading and then charged $35.00. when I told her she had said $25.00 she denied and kept my $35.00. I went to my car and looked at their web sight and the posted price was $30.00.
