Whewwwwww! This was my first of MANY to come bath house experiences!!! From the beginning to the end, everything was exquisitely done. The bath (I feel asleep), the assistants, the sauna, the cooldown (I feel asleep again lol, to the massage was worth every penny! Hot Springs is my new getaway!

The Bath House was a wonderful experience. The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. Joanna was my attendant during the bath house service and she was incredible as well. The bath was relaxing and I felt amazing afterwards. My only complaint was one of the attendants when I first entered the ladies bath house. She was incredibly rude to me and almost ruined my experience. I work in the hotel industry and started my hotel experience as a spa attendant. I would have never spoken to anyone like that. Other than her I had a great experience.

Old world charm, yes, but the building is in shambles. Yes, it’s 96 years old but it’s broken and seriously needs A LOT of work. The bathhouse was great. The Attendant Jimmy was off the charts, best customer service I’ve had in Arkansas. Cat was my massage therapist and she was awesome! Air force veteran and we all stick together. The seafood buffet was awesome and the breakfast the next morning was almost as good. We purchased the romance package for Valentine’s day. I’ll be back for the spa but the hotel is not worth the price.

Was an amazing stay with walking distance to all the shops. There was even places in house to get massages, facials, and to soak in the mineral water.If you get the chance ask for a room on the 7th floor with the mineral water pumped directly in your room!

I rented the historical king room for the night. The bed was super soft and comfortable. I adore the historical touches of the hotel like the crystal door knobs, wall trims, mail shoot by the elevators, the lobby lights and the bathhouse is like taking a step into history. There is a grand bar in the lobby with a live band for entertainment. Glenda in the bathhouse is very courteous and professional. The shower in my room was instantly hot with great water pressure. The swimming pool and hot tub set up is unique.
