Rachel is truly wonderful! She’s very personable and listens to what you need. I had many areas that were causing me pain from stress and tension in my upper back and she found each one and took care of it. She even gave me some relief from my TMJ. I highly recommended booking at least 90 minutes on the first appointment so you have time to really get to all the areas that may be causing you pain and I promise even 90 minutes goes by to fast with her! She really takes her time with all those points that cause pain and won’t move on until you say you feel some relief. She takes the time to talk to you before you get started to really understand where your pain is coming from and any medical history. I can’t say enough and am already looking into my next appointment to include the hot stones or even the cupping that she offers!

This was my very first time getting a massage and i must say Rachel went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. When I left out I felt like a new person. The tension and pain in my back was gone. Definitely will be booking again with Rachel.

Rachel gives a wonderful massage! I have chronic pain from a full spinal fusion and scoliosis and she is able to relieve that pain successfully. I have to have a pretty deep tissue massage and she is the best I have found in this area for this. I would recommend a 90 minute massage with Rachel – I have never been so relaxed – something about that extra time really works! She is cheery, kind, and is definitely the best massage therapist around!
