Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWas going to go here. But in all honesty I have ADHD and fibromyalgia. I could have used a good message which for all I know they do a great job. My problem is with whoever answers the phone and handles the phone. I am not sure if they have a reminder system or not, I didn’t get reminders for my appointments. So I forgot. Each time I forgot the phone handler would call and be very rude, and passive aggressive. Like I get it I forgot. But if you have no understanding and or accept that tech issues happen or that maybe your reminder system isn’t great and make me the potential reoccurring client feel bad then…no. I took my business to another place nearby that has online appointment portal, is super easy to make the appointment, and gives me both text and email reminders.
