I’ve been going to Annie for nearly a decade at this point and for the longest time I thought I’d never trust anyone else with my hair, and then I met Many. Between the two of them I know my curls are always in the best hands and there’s no one else I trust to cut my hair like these two! The space they’ve created at the Texture Temple is wonderful and relaxing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you have curls this is the best place in the Greater Boston area to go.

Annie and Many are wonderful people as well as wonderful curly hair stylists! Their salon is filled with so much positivity and curl appreciation. Annie has been cutting my hair for 4 years and I drive all the way from Maine to see her because she is that good. If you’ve ever had someone butcher your curly hair you understand that a good curly cut is an investment. Texture Temple is definitely worth the money and the trip.

Ok, RUN to make an appointment here. Over the last decade I have tried every curly salon in Boston, Cambridge, and the South End. That’s not an exaggeration – if you can find it on google, I’ve been there, and I have always walked away disappointed. Their cuts were almost identical, as was the ‘curly girl’ process they walked me through. After 10 years, I decided my hair had just changed, was no longer curly, and I should be happy with whatever sad and dry waves I had left.
