Bright, clean, fun atmosphere! My daughter and I had pedicure appointments. We were greeted and promptly escorted to the pedicure area. My technician started my pedicure, but my daughter ended up having to wait. We had somewhere we needed to be and asked if someone was going to be able to start her service. The staff was very nice and responsive. It turned out my daughter’s technician was finishing a nail appointment where the client showed up 25 minutes late. She was still able to do a beautiful job on the pedicure without making my daughter feel rushed. They were very apologetic and went as far as comping her service. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure her experience was positive. Ten spot truly cares about customer service!

We had a FANTASTIC bridal shower at the Edina Ten Spot! We decided to do something different for a bridal shower and this was the perfect place! People enjoyed a mimosa while having facials, pedis and manís. The service team there was AWESOME and even allowed for us to pause services to open gifts and play games. Everyone left with a “mani thanks” treat bag…it was truly a wonderful event!!

This place is hands down one of the best salons I’ve been to as far as quality and friendliness goes. I went in today with the most ragged nails (they had been ruined by acrylics from a previous place) and Alondra worked her magic on them. I am beyond happy with how they turned out ✨️ it was so nice to chat and be pampered in such a fresh space. I will be back! Editing to add that Alondra’s attention to detail is unmatched, I could tell she really cared about giving me a great experience.
