I originally set up an appointment for Saturday, July 28 but it was conflicting with another activity I had planned for the day so I called in to reschedule with their answering service, which by the way is located in the Philippines and had already screwed up my initial appointment August of 2017 I believe, which resulted in me getting compensated with this free teeth whitening session I had scheduled. I rescheduled my free session for today, August 11 at 10am, taking the word of their answering service that all was set. I got email and text notifications several times this week reminding me of this appointment. I drove here to Chula Vista and get her on time. I was having a hard time finding the store front so I google their number and see that they’re not even open until 11am. Cool. I take my time around the shopping center, and once 11am comes around I walk over to the store front, doors are locked and no one is inside from what I can see. I call their number, no answer. I call a second time and Angela picks up the phone and I explain to her I have an appointment scheduled for today. She says she is going to call whoever it is and get back to me. 12 minutes go by, so I decide to call back, no answer. I called them several times and did not receive an answer or a call back. This is so unprofessional and very upsetting that their scheduling has messed twice now.
