This is the second time I let Nikita do waxing/threading on my face, and both times I have had cuts result from her. When Priyanka did it, I never had this issue. I went a week ago and they take precautions for covid by checking your temp, providing hand sanitizer and cleaning the chair before you take a seat. They don’t thread with their mouth now as they’re wearing a mask.

The waxing didn’t seem sanitary. They used the same stick over and over in the wax, when I asked she said it was okay for me because I’m the first person so it’s fresh wax. I asked what if I wasn’t and I got a blank stare. The young lady was also on her phone the entire time. I won’t return.
