A friends of my family’s went here and left literally crying, her hair was fried and clumps of her hair were falling out!! On top of that the lady who did her hair tried charging her $250.00 for a balayage that turned out to be an ombré, it started in the middle of her hair not the top. How horrible. I can get a perfect balayage with so much dimension with a wash, cut and style for $100 at Sapphires Salon with no damage brought to my hair.

As a new client I did not know about 10% off a hair service!! And I arrived at 1:50pm. Nicole took me right away, it took her longer to shampoo my hair than to cut and style and I felt so rushed since they closed at 3pm. I was out by 2:40pm. Terrible customer service!!!
