Positive: QualityI went here yesterday to get my hair colored and cut. I had a specific color picked out and when I got there the color she had didn’t look like the color I wanted. Fortunately, I did the color she showed me and I’m glad I did because it turned out great! Lillie was my stylist and she did an amazing job! She paid close attention to my stubborn grey hair and it covered beautifully. I will be going back. I went here yesterday to get my hair colored and cut. I had a specific color picked out and when I got there the color she had didn’t look like the color I wanted. Fortunately, I did the color she showed me and I’m glad I did because it turned out great! Lillie was my stylist and she did an amazing job! Critical: ProfessionalismI really wanted to give The Styling Company a good review but I wasn’t given the opportunity to obtain services by them. You see, I stopped in on Wednesday at 1:30 asking for highlights and lowlights. There was one customer in a chair and 3 stylists there. I was told they couldn’t do my hair because they didn’t have time and two stylists would soon be leaving. I saw they had a haircut special going on for men and understood they would want to be free to turn customers quickly.I went back The next day at 11:45 and asked the same question to the same stylist. She told me no again, except this time she said. “I would not touch your hair until you go 6 months without color.”If my hair was the issue, why wasn’t I turned away the day before for that reason? I went to Smart Styles down the road and Jessica was more than happy to color my hair with the highlights and lowlights. In fact, the ladies there all commented that my hair was in good condition!It seems that The Styling Company doesn’t want my money…and I am more than happy to give it to their competition.I really wanted to give The Styling Company a good review but I wasn’t given the opportunity to obtain services by them. You see, I stopped in on Wednesday at 1:30 asking for highlights and lowlights. There was one customer in a chair and 3 stylists there.
