Had a 1pm appointment. Arrived at 1250 pm , said hello. Both stylists were with other clients. 145pm stylist told 2 other clients that it’d be a while as the other stylist had to finish coloring job , then cut my hair. Left just after2pm without a hair cut , never to return again. Over 70 minutes without being told anything about how much longer the wait would be. Very poor customer service. Why would someone make an appointment for a time when they would be busy with someone else. I understand running late but not communicating with a waiting customer…. that’s just poor business practices.

I don’t know if it was just the time that I went but all I wanted was a wash and a trim angled. I had asked for her to angle it after she had trimmed it which already annoyed her. She had kinda signed in annoyance and didn’t even ask what side I had my hair parted when she went to cut it. She didn’t even ask if I wanted to see how it looked in another mirror like they usually do. As you can see my hair honestly looks dirty and it feels like she didn’t wash out all of the shampoo and conditioner. I tried making conversation with her but she just acted like I was getting on her nerves. I usually NEVER have problems here but it honestly makes me not want to come back.

I would love to rate five stars because I always get wonderful haircuts here. However, just recently I went in there for an eyebrow and lip wax. I could tell thebwax temp wasnip way too high. I now have a burn above my eye from where the technician left the was and then used a towel to rub it of. It was painful and he didn’t ask if I was in pain, just kept telling me it was because I was being cocky about waxing not hurting me because my friend flinched during it.
