I got a wax my hair done and makeup done in one spot, and not to mention it’s really chic and Modern with a high end quality to it. Positive: QualityI go here to get my eyelashes done and it is always an enjoyable experience, all of the ladies in the salon are so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Shay to do your lashes, she is so talented and has always been accommodating with any scheduling conflicts that have came up.

From the moment you walk into the shop you greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome. When I say every single person who works in the salon is beyond professional and are the most sweetest individuals I have ever meant, I mean just that! You will not be disappointed! This is a hidden gem and I am so happy to find them! From my massage, facial, wax and my make up hunnie, I received the ultimate beat! Everything you need is right here. Donielle (the owner) such a sweetheart and she is the reason that I will be wearing a wig again (big smile). Thank you sooo much ladies! She Never forgot about what we talked about an me personally in love when a hairstylist pays attention when you talk . It showed me that she is not just about making money an getting me out her chair. So when I found out that she was opening up a shop . I was so happy for her but was even more excited when I found out that she doesnt just have hair, she had a lash tech, make up etc. I had been looking for an affordable lash tech for year’s. So when I made appt with Shay. HONEYYY!!!! I haven’t missed an appt. My lash experience is so relaxing an she give me the same energy that donelle does. She Never forgot about what we talked about an me personally in love when a hairstylist pays attention when you talk . It was my first time visiting the salon and here are my thoughts:ProsExcellent customer service- As soon as you enter you’re greeted with a warm smile. The entire staff, from the woman who does braids, to the woman who does ‘braid downs’, to the receptionist and the owner gave excellent customer service! Which is a key staple for all businesses and very hard to find especially in a salon. The staff offered me something to eat, drink and they made sure all of the clients were comfortable.Comfortable Vibe/Clean environment- Generally, in the past when I would go into hair salons the vibe is usually very stuck up and uncomfortable. That was NOT the case at Stush experience. The women were friendly and the staff was not gossipy.Example, I have short 4C hair and I was a bit embarrassed to have my hair out. The woman who did my braid down made me feel so comfortable and for the first time in a salon I didn’t feel judged or uncomfortable. The salon was very clean, smelled great and has a very high end look to it.Professional- The entire staff were extremely professional at all times. You can tell the ladies understood that it’s not just a salon and spa but it is also a business.Great leadership- The owner was very attentive to her staff, she made sure they had something to eat, she made sure to remind them to sit for a minute and take a break, she happily gave them their tips and she complimented them on a job well done. You could tell the ladies were genuinely happy to be there. This was very important to me, I personally would never support a business where the staff were all unhappy to be there.Personal ConsThis isn’t a major con per se because the owner makes excellent wigs. However, I didn’t feel like I received her best work (granted it was late so I understood). I’ve seen her do phenomenal wigs and although I liked my hair it wasn’t her best work (it was just I kay).Nevertheless, that wouldn’t detour me from returning because the pros outweighed all of the cons. Kayla is so nice, caring, punctual, professional, holds a conversation, and knowledgeable in her field.
