The girl I have been going to is away.. I was recommended to try someone while she is gone. I had a new set of acrylic nails done a French ombré… they were horrible they were not ombré at all and they started lifting after less than a week and lumpy… I went back and someone else soaked them off and put another new set and you can see the line of the white, they are lifting already and again it’s been a week… I typically go 3-4 weeks between appointments. Mind you I paid both times and gave a very generous tip. When I called this time to complain the manager has nothing to say so I said maybe I should wait til my girl comes back in September she said yes you should…. That kind of customer service is loosing you a customer…. I should be getting my money back spent over $140 in 3 weeks for nails that look like crap… Update I called today to speak with the owner and was told the owners do not work and she was the only one I could speak with. Refused to fix them refused to give my money back… completely unprofessional

I am so upset about my visit. I made an appointment online for an acrylic refill and gel pedicure with Drew. He was busy when I arrived, so someone seated me at the pedicure chair. When Drew was able to come over, he didn’t say hello or confirm my services. He asked my color and if I had tips (while wearing his mask). He walked away and when he came back, just started cutting my acrylics. I asked what he was doing and told him I was getting a refill. He said he asked if I had dip, and I responded I thought he asked if I had tips. He rolled his eyes and got irritated LIKE HE DIDN’T JUST CUT MY ACRYLICS OFF. Then he asked if I was planning to cut them short and I said no. Then he stuck my hand in acetone to remove them WITHOUT APOLOGIZING for his mistake. After completing my pedicure, I showed him a picture of his work on the company’s Instagram and let him know I wanted that specific shape (coffin shape). My nails are uneven, boxy, and sloppy. He also overcharged me and billed me for a powder gel refill. $92 dollars for a sloppy overcharged refill and gel pedicure?

We had a bit of a hair issue happen. We went to Tricia for the first time and both she and Maryanne were amazing with my daughter. They treated her so kindly and the haircut was fantastic! This is not our usual place. But we will return to Tricia from now on. Thank you so much ladies! You saved the day! Haircut

I had a meh facial this week. The environment was not relaxing or pleasurable. 90s dance music from the salon boomed into the treatment room the entire time. The room is so small, the esthetician couldn’t walk around the treatment bed forcing her to give a hand massage with my arm over my body. Ridiculous set up. When I mentioned it to the manager she shrugged and said different people like different things.

I wish I could rate more as i’ve been here multiple times and Annette does an amazing job with my hair! I called yesterday and scheduled for my hair color, and the receptionists seem like they have no idea what they are doing. I got there at 11 and was told they couldn’t find me in their system, so come back at 12 where she was able to fit me in, however once I left and was driving they called me back and asked where I was for my 11am appointment and that it was too late now and I needed to schedule for another day, the whole thing was just really unorganized.

They are very fast! Did not fully remove the dip polish before applying the gel, but charged for full removal anyways. The tech filed the edges of my nails after he was finished with the top coat and now 4 nails are lifting. Bubbles on 4 nails. Disappointed as reviews seemed promising. This photo is after 1 week.

Absolutely horrible. My normal nail tech at JN Nails, Hinh, was not in and I needed a last minute manicure as I was going out of town. This place is right around the corner from my house so I thought why not. Worst decision. First of all Anthony was 15 minutes late to the appointment. Then he drilled my nails so much that they were red and throbbing. He applied the dip and then drilled that incredibly thin as well and to top it off he drilled my actual nail underneath the dip. There is almost no actual nail left at this point and it’s only been one week and 3 of them have broken !! One of them broke while I was putting on my ring of all things and the other two broke as I was putting shoes away at my store. He did an absolutely horrible job and I expected much more for the price this place charges. Not only do I now have to soak them all off, but I’m going to have to wait to get them done for another month now because they are in so much pain I can even have Hinh fix them !!
