Absolutely wonderful experience and service! 10/10 recommend going to Kelly. I got a “wolf cut” for my hair and had it dyed a beautiful dark purple color! Kelly crushed it. I scheduled an appointment for my boyfriend for a haircut. He showed her a picture and she told him “okay got it” and went to cutting away. Barely talked to him, cut it way too short in the back, and pretty much gave him a botched bowl cut. She seemed rushed and like she didn’t have the time but did it anyways. My boyfriend told her he liked it because he didn’t want to hurt her feelings but once he got home I saw he didn’t like it so I reached out to her about what she did to his hair, and she did not take responsibility for messing it up just offered to “fix” it and then proceeded to call me abrasive and rude since I was complaining about her poor service. Definitely do NOT recommend unless you have a very basic request.

She squeezed us in last minute for my sister’s wedding (had some unforseen circumstances). She did a phenomenal job and was extremely kind. She managed to get 3 of us in and completed in an hour(shampoo, cut, and style) Her prices were stellar as well. 10/10 will be returning and highly recommend.

When I moved to Belding I struggled to find someone in the area to do my hair. I had been going to my previous stylist for 8 yrs, but she was to far away now. I tried some of the local salons but left with sub par hair cuts and color. I thought i would have to make that drive into GR every 6 weeks. Until I found Kelley. My color and cut are always on point, every single time I go. I have never been disappointed. Also, she is an awesome person to talk with. Very sweet and likable, just an all around terrific person. And her design talent really shows in the changes she has made to the salon itself. I had been to The Studio before I met Kelley and it was a drab, kind of dingy place with a few Marilyn Monroe pics on the walls. Last week when I walked in I was floored by the changes she has made. Her color choices and decoration style is the ultimate. She really is an all around design talent! Go see Kelley, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!!!
