Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI visited the studio yesterday for the first time- I had such a nice experience, and was so lucky to get Mary as my stylist! She was so patient with my hair, took the time to explain everything she was doing with it and went out of her way to make sure it turned out well. I visited the studio yesterday for the first time- I had such a nice experience, and was so lucky to get Mary as my stylist! She was so patient with my hair, took the time to explain everything she was doing with it and went out of her way to make sure it turned out well. She was also very personable, welcoming and sweet, I highly recommend booking an appointment at the Studio and asking for Mary 🙂

Critical: ValueI chose this place because of the high reviews, but I just wanted to add a review that I had wished I had seen when I was searching for a place to go to.1. They took longer to do my hair (cut and highlight) than any other place ever has. It took a little over 4 hours. Previous places would have me done in 2 1/2 or 3.2. They wouldn’t tell me how much it might cost because it “varies so much”, and it ended up being more than TRIPLE the cost of any price I have ever paid for before. Usually for the same exact thing I get done, it’s $80 + $20 tip. Services here cost around $280 + 57 tip (20%) = a whopping $337 pricetag.Now, if you’re like me, a poor college student, that is an outrageous price for a cut and color, especially when its not done any better than anywhere else, and actually took LONGER.If you have the money for it, then go for it I suppose. The inside of the place is aesthetically pleasing and the hairdresser was decently nice.
