I didn’t want to be a Karen but I can’t justify paying 40 plus tip for a terrible haircut. This is my second time here and I wanted to treat myself since the first time she did an amazing job. Unfortunately, today I didn’t get to experience that first time feeling. I should’ve said something when I first felt the blade scraping against my beautiful natural hairline. All I asked was for a taper fade and if she could cut the side a #2 without going all the way up and a trim on top and NO hairline. I don’t even want to embarrass myself even lmore and show the back which is not faded correctly. I should’ve known something was up when she didn’t even show me the mirror and her face looked disappointed when the session ended. Yall I have to go to work like this. I can’t fathom this I need to call In sick for the rest of the week.

If you’re looking for professional, certified, and respectable barbers, look no more because this is definitely the place! I came here on a recommendation from one of my friends and man did he hook me up. Of course my barber was none other than Chino! He asked what I was looking to do, a haircut similar to Arthur in Peaky Blinders. The haircut was on point and he was just on it. The cut was very clean and very well done. I have nothing but respect for this man with the way he engaged with me, having small talk, and making sure that I walked out of The Studio content with their services. Definitely hit up Chino if you’re looking to have a fresh cut or just impress anyone! 5 Stars!

I used to drive 3 hours when I lived out of town to get cut by Danny, couldn’t get that type of quality anywhere else. He’s easily the best barber in that shop. Constantly received complements even a week after the cut. Barbers consistently ask who cuts me up. You won’t find a hard worker than Danny. I been running through barbers around the city and they were no good until A friend recommended to check out a guy name “Ando” at The Studio Barbershop on Singleton Rd. It’s been a year and half now and I’m telling you this is the best barber I’ve ever had no exaggeration. He was nice and extremely professional. This is the best barbershop in the area. I have been to other barbershops nearby and none compare to this one. Great quality haircuts, pricing is unbeatable, and the staff is always friendly and attentive to each person. Very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. I highly recommend this place. How this place has 4 1/2 stars is beyond me. My 14 yo son scheduled his haircut on a Sunday with a barber named Looney. He never showed up. Apparently, he doesn’t cut on Sunday’s. My advice: don’t have your schedule open if you don’t cut on Sunday’s. It’s as simple as that: you shouldn’t be able to book on a particular day and time if you aren’t available. My son followed up, still wanting to get his haircut from the barber, Looney said he’d do it on Wednesday. Wednesday rolls around and again, he no shows. No message, no apology, no follow up. Simply no shows, again. A woman named Anna ends up cutting his hair. She does a good job and he’s happy so he schedules another haircut with her on Tuesday, 11/22 for 10 am. Having known their lack of punctuality and no show, I refuse to leave for said appointment until I speak to someone. Person on the line tells me it’s fine and she that was not there and “we will probably arrive at the same time”. We get there 7 min late but Anna is still not there. 25 minutes later there is still no sign of Anna and I’m very upset. For the third time, this business has wasted and disrespected our time. I go inside at this point because my kid is too quiet to say anything and he’s sitting in a chair belonging to Leo. Leo asked me if something was wrong. I let him know why I was upset, but made sure I clarified that I knew it wasn’t his fault but that I hoped he’d pass my complaint to the right person. He was respectful and heard me out, but we will not be returning. Overall, a very unprofessionally run business with zero accountability. My advice: support another business who is respectful of your time.

These barbers give the best haircuts, BUT they do not value their clients and their clients time. I started off with one barber, then after dealing with him never showing up on time, I switched to the owner. My third appointment with him, he cancelled 2 hours before because “his kid was sick and he stayed home with them all day.” However, his Instagram clearly showed he was at the shop (and was confirmed by another barber the next day.) He asked if I could come in at 8:30am the following day, so I did. He never showed. He text me 2 HOURS LATER to tell me he was on our way. I should have learned my lesson the first barber around, but I watched numerous people get told by the one barber that morning that they couldn’t get in contact with any of the barbers and they probably weren’t coming in. Incredibly unprofessional and will not be spending my money there again.

I have been going to the studio for about 5 years now. I assumed each barber in the shop is skilled and professional but this is not the case, i have experienced about 4 different barbers at this shop and each experience has been worse than the next. Intoxicated barbers, Barbers not even being present for a scheduled appointment without a head ups, scheduling a cut for 6:00pm walking in at 5:50 and i wouldnt be sat down to get cut until 7:30. Very unprofessional, i’ve experienced barbers at other shops who would not take walk-ins in order to keep integrity with their regulars, this is not the case here. All 3 barbers ive experienced in the 5 years of going to the studio have all been very inconsistent, undependable and down right unprofessional. Not to mention i started out paying $30 for a full haircut/beard/eyebrow here and the last cut i got here i was charged $70 for an uneven taper. Price increased for a severe drop in customer service. Id recommend finding a dependable barber elsewhere.
