Update: the salon still wants to act like the fading was the only issue when it obviously wasn’t. I would have went in for more purple if I didn’t feel like my concerns were being ignored. I also didn’t really want more purple because my hair didn’t look like what I wanted anyway. So I won’t be going in to get this “fixed” because I don’t feel comfortable doing so but if the salon wanted to offer a refund for wasting my time and money, I would really appreciate that.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and can’t believe what a great salon this is. The website is helpful, scheduling easy, facility is beautiful, the hair washing sink the most comfortable I’ve ever had, and my stylist Sally understands my hair and does an excellent job. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now. I’ve seen a few different stylists. My last one moved but I didn’t want to go to a new location because I love how close it is to me and I love the atmosphere. I decided to see Madisen. So thankful I did. She was so welcoming, kind and detail oriented. From the date of my appointment I had 3 days till I was going to give birth to my twins. Plus I’m getting married in 2 months. She did exactly what I needed, gave me a natural look and made me feel great! Definitely will be back to her when I can!

So this was my 1st time here. I had an appointment at 4 pm. I got there at 3:50. There was no one at the reception. Finally someone came at 4:05 and I asked her if she can check me in. Then she said she’ll send over the stylist. The stylist came to me at 4:10 pm and says she can’t give me her full attention because I came late. She said she will have to juggle me with her other client. All I want to say is horrible service and I felt they judge people by their skin color.

I had my first appointment with Haile today and it was awesome! The environment of the salon is so welcoming and Haile even gave me a glass of wine when I first sat down! She spent extra time sitting down with me to make sure I got the hair I truly wanted instead of just guessing what I wanted or making me feel tied down to just one option. She was incredibly thorough and detail oriented. She has an amazing, bubbly, relatable personality and everyone should book with her today! She made sure to educate me on each step of the process, as this was my first time going darker with my hair. Haile also did an amazing job with recommending products that will help my hair long term, and not just trying to upsell me any old product to make a quick buck. 10/10 recommend making an appointment with her. If you’re on the fence just do it! I promise she’ll give you hair you love and make you feel beautiful!

Love how close this salon is to my house. Booked with Haile Loring and had an amazing experience! I have been to many hair salons and this salon has the best chairs/bowls at the wash sink by far! They never once hurt my neck or back! Haile was professional, knowledgeable and understood what I wanted. I left with hair exactly like I pictured I would. She is who to book with if you visit this salon!
