Kate at the Strand Salon did absolutely amazing on my hair and giving me a professional experience! From the moment i walking in the door of the salon, i was greeted and felt comfortable. Kate went through my hair with my and talked about what she would do so i had a total understanding and she did phenomenal! My hair looks so amazing and feels good, which is even better! Kate has been doing my hair since she was in cosmetology school. She has never failed to give me exactly what I wanted even if it’s absolutely crazy like the picture. . She has worked really hard for her certifications and practices to make sure all of her customers are satisfied and get what they want. She is an amazing people person and I love going to her chair for her to do my hair. She is very open and understanding and all she needs is a little communication of what you want and you got it!

I got my hair done here and all i can say is that when i had left i had to wash my hair because there was a huge clump of hair dye at the bottom right corner of my hair. it also left that spot really itchy and dry and i noticed a rash for about a month after. i got it done in June (i waited to write a review to see how long the rash would last for). My hair was also not what i asked for and when my boyfriend called for me (i have really bad anxiety with things like that) they didn’t offer any solution to fix that problem. will not be returning. my hair stylist was Kate. here is what i had asked for and what i got. mind you, i wanted to avoid every way to NOT get brown because i’m a natural blonde. i left very disappointed. I asked for the blonde and received what she had called “bronde”.

Jessica (the owner) is the sweetest hair stylist I have ever had. I am 31 years old and have been getting my hair done on/off for almost 15 years now. I have never been able to stick with one person until her. I have been going to Jessica consistently for almost 2 years now. I am so excited she opened up her own business and has the opportunity to serve here in Watertown with her expertise! You will not be disappointed going here. The other hair stylists are also extremely friendly and welcoming 🙂

The hair dresser, Kate, took time to actually understand that and made it something I am actually proud of and excited to show off. My hair has never felt thicker and full. It feels so healthy.
