Abby is fantastic! I have been struggling with my hair after going blonde a month ago. I’ve had a few salons attempt to lighten it and in turn my hair became fried. I finally decided to give up and just go back to my natural brown. I met with Abby and she thankfully talked me out of it. All the time and money I spent did not go to waste. She just improved my situation and I got to keep the blonde! And whatever shampoo she used made my head feel like it was getting a massage up to 30 mins after I left. It was awesome. She did such a great job I should have gone here first and will definitely return.

My hair turned out decent (used the Groupon). From the beginning I felt like I was treated like a second class citizen because I was dressed comfortably and had a Groupon. I think Abby assumed I would not tip well because of it. She barely talked to me when I was trying to be friendly and when her ritzier looking client came in she was extremely friendly to her. Abby knows what she is doing as far as hair goes, but I have never walked in a salon and felt so judged. The ironic thing is that I actually have a PhD and make good money. Moral of the story: acting snobby and judging a book by the cover will not get you a return client.

Love the set up of the salon and everyone was very nice. It wasnt until days later, when i straightened my hair, that i notice the lady completely messed up. I got a simple straight cut and the right side ,underneath, my hair is sooooo much shorter than the rest of my hair. Im soo disappointed and upset. I was go in to go back and see if theybwould fix it but it is already shorter than i wanted .. Really disappointing.

Michelle is in amazing stylist. She knows just what to do with my hair, and she’s the only one who knows how to make me look 10 years younger! The salon is also very small and very personal, unlike that huge salons that make you feel like a number.
