Walked in to have my three year old sons hair cut. Was not acknowledged by the stylist, although she looked directly at me as we walked in. After nearly an hour wait- which my super high energy young man actually sat and behaved shockingly well. As someone who has worked in the service industry pretty much my entire life, I can understand being short staffed or being booked- however, this is something that could have been stated upon arrival.
