If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The experience was great from beginning to end. Ms. Quinn, Ms. Carol, and the rest of the staff are top tier! From their customer service to the actual services, this black owned business exemplified excellence. I can not thank them enough for making my mom’s birthday so special. All 7 of us will definitely be back. 10/10 would recommend.

1000/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND to friends, family, and all! I celebrated my 27th birthday on 11/17/2022 by practicing self-care at the Steam Lounge. I arrived at 10AM (which is when they open) and was greeted by the owner who was very kind. She informed me about my options and made sure I was comfortable with the decision I was making. I began the day with the v steam which is such an amazing and healing experience. I appreciate how the Steam Lounge provides services for all and allows us to connect to our bodies. I listened to the calming music, the sound of the water fountain, and sat while the herbs and steam entered my body and cleansed me from anything old. As I enter this new chapter in my life, I remind myself of the importance of caring for myself. Often times we forget to do this but the Steam Lounge offers us an opportuniy to reconnect. The ambiance of the safe space is truly tranquility. Oh, and I LOVE THAT IT IS BLACK OWNED!!!!! LOVE THIS!!!!! After my v-steam, I transitioned to receiving a deep tissue massage. I am so thankful for the experience and my ability to recognize that my body has endured so much trauma. It was very nice to care for myself in a way that was healing. I’m also a plus size gal and I felt the Steam Lounge was a safe space, non-judgmental space, and I felt heard. Thank you so very much for the experiene Ms. Quinn! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This place is terrible they tell you they need a deposit for service. I tried to book a 4pm appointment. They told me it was booked for that time so I told them I’ll call back and less than 30mins I called back and told them I can take the 5pm appointment and paid the deposit of $20 but they scheduled me for the 4pm I got the text messages and didn’t realize it was for 4pm that they told me was booked so I tried to call them to correct they mistake and they told me I lost my $20. And was very rude to me about they mistake. I’m a Africa American woman as well but it’s sad that I can’t do business with my own people and try to help small businesses. Very disappointed

My spa birthday party was everything. We really enjoyed this place. The staff was professional and made us feel comfortable. A group of 7 and our vsteam and massage service flowed nice. The set up in the lounge space for us to hang out was beyond our expectations. Definitely recommend having your event here. Thanks for everything @thesteamlounge
