Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had been looking around for salons and was having trouble finding a place that would get me in within the week (and weren’t excessively expensive). So I was stoked when Monica worked some voodoo and got me in the same day I made a request for a consultation.I had never dyed my hair before and she patiently guided me through the process and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. The color came out great but wow- I absolutely LOVE the cut she gave me. I gave her pretty minimal guidance, just an idea of how much I wanted cut off and asked her to do what she thought would look best. She proceeded to give me one of my favorite hair cuts to date! Critical: PunctualityWould love to post a great review, but I’ve not had the chance to get a cut yet. Twice I’ve made appointments to get my Covid-hair cut and twice it’s been pushed back. I understand that these stylists are extremely busy but when two different stylists do this, it’s not a good start to what I had hoped would be a long term relationship. Would love to post a great review, but I’ve not had the chance to get a cut yet. Twice I’ve made appointments to get my Covid-hair cut and twice it’s been pushed back. I understand that these stylists are extremely busy but when two different stylists do this, it’s not a good start to what I had hoped would be a long term relationship.
