Great people and great haircut! I asked to cut off 11 inches to donate and they did so well! The haircut came out just as I asked, and I am so happy! The worse keratin treatment , 3 days later I wash my hair , whatever she told me o used I buy it. But , after I washed my hair my hair curly and frizzy. They charge $335 dollar for the treatment. Still I was like it’s ok my hair will be at least straight but Nop didn’t work. She put protein on my hair and she told me that she using that for first time. Why she have to try on myhair she should have try someone else hair or her. However, I called them she told me to go there she said to blow dry. I was like okey . Then I came home I did my hair in the night my hair is curly again. I will never go again there.

My hair is un even and I ask for layers in the bottom no layers!!!! when the person does my hair she pulls and then says my hair is falling!!!! How can it be falling when she’s pulling as she is drying it! Not a good Salon! And everything is in a fast pace! Not even the colors come out right!!! Not going there! She did a horrible job that I had to cut my hair shorter to make it even with the other parts of my hair! I’m done with this place!

Awful experience. My mother gave this salon two chances, the first time she went in for a balayage she was there from 9:30 in the morning and did not leave until 3 pm. Her stylist kept attending other customers and left the highlights with foil sitting there, most of my mothers hair is now breaking due to over processing.
