Went for a massage. The lady was really nice. Not the best massage I’ve ever had but not the worst. The waiting area had water marks on the ceiling and during the massage you could hear the washer and dryer running. Also please install a digital clock. I could hear a clock ticking the entire time

I went for four sessions and decided that my dreams of colorful hair were never going to happen. I know that the price of the service plus tips put me at least 600 bucks in total and I didn’t get the hair I wanted at all. I know it takes a few sessions to lighten your hair and get the color you want but this last time the purple completely came out. I use the correct shampoo and conditioner so I don’t think I’ll be going back unfortunately but I’m just sad that I spent so much money on my hair and didn’t get what I wanted in the end. I don’t understand why after 2 days it came out but it can’t be changed now.

I brought my 7 year old daughter here for a hair cut as a walk in, and had a great experience. Then when my daughter cut a chunk out of her bangs (like most young children do), they stylist fixed her right up. The staff have been very knowledgeable and helpful about educating me on how best to care for my daughter’s hair. Now she has wonderful manageable hair with quality products to use. I try to only bring my daughter to The Springs when scheduling allows.

My masseuse was fine, but it’s hard to completely relax and zone out when you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the salon. Additionally, I paid for an hour but didn’t get an hour. Looks like that’s the way they set up their appointments, so I didn’t bother complaining to them. Why book people for a massage from 4-5 when the previous appointment doesn’t get done until 4? Not going back.
