Lauren is amazing at what she does! I’ve been getting massages from her for several years for chronic neck and shoulder pain. She has helped me manage the pain using different techniques and always seems to find those spots with tight muscles that need worked on and gets them to relax.

Lauren is AMAZING. I haven’t had a massage in months, and I like deep pressure. I like pain. But I told her for my first appointment that we should probably do medium pressure because I didn’t want to be too sore. Pressure was perfect, lulled me into a trance after a while. I wasn’t sore the next day, I felt amazing afterwards. She listened to my concerns, and was very accommodating. She is also just so friendly, and her voice is so soothing. She also does cupping, which I personally am not the biggest fan of, but I opted to do it with light pressure. I also asked her not to drag them along my back, cause I really don’t like it. She was very attentive. I highly recommend her for your massage needs. I will be going back! I’m very happy we found each other! 🙂
