If i could give no stars, I would. They have unfair prices and they make up prices as they feel. Super rude people working there and they do not take their time on you. I don’t even know why these people run a business. I would tell everyone to turn around as soon as they walk into the store. I wanted something small fixed on my nail when I was done and she said come tomorrow because I have another client. I live two hours away and when I told her that she shrugged and laughed. I have never had that happen to me before.

If I could give zero I would. Everything this woman did on my hands was with a dremmel. Even down to filing my cuticles as opposed to cutting them. I wish I could post a picture of the infection on my right thumb, middle finger and left ring finger. I wound up going to urgent care 3 days later for an antibiotic. Oral and topical. NEVER AGAIN!!

Critical: Qualitycame here because my regular nail place was booked for over a week, super disappointed they didn’t cut my cuticles at all and i asked for ombré nails and it’s literally j lines between the two colors.

I’m only giving one star because I can’t give zero if you want to be treated like a piece of garbage this is your place I was getting an acrylic filling my nail technician refused to give me regular polish and said that they simply do not do it and that I had to get gel if I wanted to get my nails done there he also told me that he will not cut my cuticles because I’m not getting a regular manicure and they do not do that so I said since you will not do anything I want I am just going to get up and leave and he said OK and got up and walked away from me I walked over to the owner and told her what happened and she also said OK and let me walk out the door without offering a resolution Not to mention I had a 130 appointment and had to wait 40 minutes to even get in a chair
