We’ve been going here for years. The owner Michelle is the absolute best! I will say my massage therapist Kelly was amazing. Her massage ran a close second to Michelle’s. My Husband and I had couples massage. It was our Christmas present to each other. We booked it a few weeks ahead of time and little did we know we would walk in with him having leg cramps. He gets these a lot and with his job being so physical he needed the massage badly. He had Kelly and she did great with him, this was his first massage and she broke him in well. It has been 3 days and he is still talking about how good his joints and body feels after her massage. I for the life of me can’t remember who I had. She did a good job. They are Very knowledgeable about areas and relaxation! Also very professional.

I’m not even sure at this point how long I’ve been visiting the spa’ah but i have never been disappointed! We moved and I now live nearly an hour away but I am willing to make the drive that’s how pleased I am with all services I have received! I have had lots of waxing services, a facial, and a full body massage! I always schedule my next visit before leaving. Easily can do it online as well. I have purchased product from them as well and have been very pleased with how my skin feels! Can’t wait for my next visit: wax + a 90 minute signature facial!

The massage itself was good – the issue is scheduling as therapist change their availability regularly so being able to stay with the same person is not possible. I have only been there about 6 months & already have lost 2 therapists because their schedule change. Not good if you want to stay with the same therapist – I will be going to a therapist who will commit to me a regular schedule. I have to schedule same day of the week & time consistently – guess they are not committed to loyal consumers.

Have been to Spa Ah many times. Mostly while I was pregnant they were amazing with my hip and back problems. Today I was having a rough day and Ali (I hope I spelled that right) was so friendly and great to talk to. Made me feel 100x better when I left. Will definitely come back to see her again soon!!

I did not have a great experience. The staff was very kind to me but I felt as if the hair stylist didn’t know what she was doing as she kept asking me how I want my king style even after I provided a photo of myself with my hair styled and then continued to ask me which curling iron she should use to achieve the curls I want. I went home and redid my hair for my family photos because none of the curls held with the “hair straightener trick” and had all fallen out and my bangs had to be fixed as well as they were curled inwards to my face. I’m not sure if my extensions through them off or what happened. It felt as I wasted 2 hours and $65.
