I came here for the first time for a couples massage. The atmosphere is really nice, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the entire facility is very clean and serene. My masseuse was Henrietta and she did a great job on all parts of my body with the perfect amount of force. Afterwards we went for lunch in the Market which was included as part of the couples package which has good food.

I have been going to this spa for 2 years. Today was my first poor experience. I had just been there in December and their policy on masks was optional. Being vaccinated and boosted, I chose not to wear a mask. However, when I arrived today I saw a sign outside that said “masks are mandatory regardless of vaccine status.” I panicked a little because I didn’t even think to bring a mask, so I walked in and saw the person at the front desk was also unmasked. I told her I didn’t have a mask and she said they would provide me one and that I needed to wear it the whole time, except for during my facial. I again was confused considering the person telling me this was unmasked. I felt a courtesy would have been to let me know via email or phone before my appointment that they had changed their policy. I would have 1. had the chance to cancel or 2. come prepared with my own mask. I went through my 90 minute massage, masked and then was able to take my mask off for my facial. At checkout, I saw the same lady (long blonde hair and red shirt if upper management is reading this), who I found out was the MANAGER, still sitting up front, unmasked. What a poor look to your clients. I come to the spa to relax and and forget about the crazy world we are living in and her entitlement left a very poor taste in my mouth. I am undecided if I will go back, because I do love the providers but the manager clearly needs some training in customer service. I want to stress that the therapists all are great here and this review is not a reflection on them.

Staff is professional and friendly. The spa is clean and well kept. The day I visited the roof was being repaired and was extremely loud even in the massage room. The relaxation room was far too loud for any relaxing. Staff was great!

We did the mini spa package. The place is absolutely gorgeous! I felt very pampered. The facial with Carissa was wonderful. She did a fantastic job. I wish I could say the manicure was good, but it was terrible. There was no soaking, no lotioning, the polish wasn’t even completely covering. Needless to say the polish was chipped off the next day. That was a disappointment.

I had an amazing massage experience here. Jacob was my masseur; he was friendly, inviting, and very in tune with my body’s massage needs. Even though a female might be hesitant to have a male as their therapist, Jacob was nothing short of professional and can put one at ease. The ambiance is perfectly relaxing and refreshing. This place is a wonderful addition to the island.

I received an eyelash lift and hair coloring done by Scout, and it couldn’t have gone better. I won’t go to anyone else! The spa is very clean and has a very friendly atmosphere. On top of everything the prices were decent for the quality of service I received.

The Spa has a gorgeous aesthetic and the vibe is so relaxed but upscale. Elegant surroundings, beautiful location, and Sarah the spa director is a true prisons. She did my massage, which was incredible, and gave me a tour like I was a celebrity VIP. Can’t wait for my next massage appointment!

I made an appointment that I was not able to keep due to personal circumstances the happened the morning of my appointment. Appt. was at 11. I received a phone call stating I was going to be charged for the “service”. I understand they need to make money and need to charge me for something. When I called to clarify “the service”, it was for the total service of a haircut and color. No product used on my hair, no stylist touched my hair as I was not there, however I was charged for the product ; hair color ect, that was not used. I have no problem paying a portion of this $175.00 since I was not able to call within their 24 hour policy, but to pay for product; hair color ect, that was not used, ABSOLUTELY NOT. So beware; if you have any reason why you can not make it to the appointment the day of…and life happens, perhaps they do not know that, then you will be charged for “the service”, and ALL OF IT! Will never ever step foot in this establishment again. Not to mention, my daughter was there the week before and she has a chunk of hair missing. She left a review. It was horrifying for her as her hair is already short. Never once did the hairstylist mention she had made a mistake. My daughter is very understanding and if something was said, she would have understood. But NO not a word……makes you wonder…
