I came to Danielle with very damaged and unmanageable hair. I’ve had my haircut twice by her now, and my hair is healthier than it has been in a while. She’s kind, professional, and determined to make sure you’re satisfied with your new look. Whatever shape your hair is in – Danielle has your back! As for the salon itself, it is the best of southern and chic! Your services from massage to hair are done in a professional manner, and your satisfaction is their goal 100%.

The mommy to be package was wonderful. Unfortunately, the customer service is why I give this rating. This package was a gift, and after having received the massage and other spa services, I was stressed out again during their check out process. They finally found my gift certificate for my services after making me wait for 40 minutes after my services. Something I really didn’t like was when I offered to pay for my services, the owner stated that the rate of the services had recently changed and in front of me, proceeded to move the sign at the front desk with the costs of the services and told me the cost was $10 more than what was listed on their services menu. I really didn’t appreciate this, and honestly it made my relaxing spa day go to waste. I hate giving bad reviews, but this package is quite expensive, and it’s such a shame how I was treated.

I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is! I adore being able to talk with them and tell them what I’m looking to achieve with my haircut, and they know exactly what to do. Danielle is an absolutely amazing stylist and her warm personality is so engaging and sweet! Absolutely book an appointment and get yourself pampered!

My stylist did a great job and seemed knowledgable about my hair type. She was able to color my hair without frying it, which has happened so many times in the past. Prices are quite a bit higher here than other places, however.
