The look of this place is very deceiving – it doesn’t necessarily give you a feel of a professional spa, but my 90 min massage was amazing, especially for the price. I got a gift certificate to here so didn’t know what to expect. Walking in and seeing massage beds made me a little timid, but then I was taken into a private back room which was a lot more relaxing feel. Other reviews say they felt “beaten up” or rough but I would compare the massage to a Thai deep tissue. It’s not for everyone, but you can ALWAYS tell them to lighten the pressure. However, I enjoyed all of it. What was really nice was the variety of the massage throughout including hot stones! Definitely recommend to others! Just need to remember to stretch later so I’m not as sore

Unfortunately the main spa went out of business in a short period. My sister and I enjoyed getting a massage there, but my pedicure and manicure was lacked the quality I get at Kelly Nails in Evanston and a new place I go to in Buffalo Grove. They still do massages on the first floor and they are very good at that.

Many massage therapists don’t use enough pressure (even when I ask), but she listened and applied the perfect amount of pressure. If you’re looking for a real deep tissue massage, she is the one to go to! I have seen one other masseuse there and he was very good too.

They were very accommodating. I went in for a hot stone massage, of the entire 60 Minutes this hot stone portion was maybe 5 or 10 minutes. I also wish they would have worked on my feet a little bit more and my lower back. The lady was very nice. but again, I would have assumed a 60-minute hot stone massage , would have Incorporated, a longer portion with the hot stones. although I did still feel relaxed when I left. She started shortly after my appointment was scheduled(5mins late) and finished before the allotted time by 4 or 5 mintues.

My mother and I had a terrible experience. We got a massage and facial. Each of our technicians were rough and we felt beaten up. My lady also said “ok we are done get up” and I felt rushed to get up quickly which of course made me dizzy. My mom felt like she was choking during her massage. When we walked back to the front, 4 technicians and the lady behind the desk had their arms folded telling us to pay. We had just walked to the front. They then told us to make sure we tip. Honestly, I have never had such a bad spa experience from beginning to end.

Terrible! Worst massage ever. No one speaks English, massage was very painful. I was supposed to get a hot stone massage and she just used lotion. Then when she went to give me a scalp massage, she scratched the hell out of my scalp and still had lotion all on her hands!!! Mind u I had just washed and blow dried my hair prior to coming there. this was a joke. Clueless bunch of people working here. If i could give zero stars I would! DO NOT go here!!!!!!!! Notice the only people writing good reviews are Chinese ppl, so must be their family and friends trying to put in a good word for them. Don’t buy it!!!!

Bought a Groupon and it was terrible! Not only were they rude but the place seemed a bit off. No one spoke English and it felt as if I was a nuisance and not a client. The massage hurt a lot. It was the most painful massage I have ever received. I have had issues with leg, back and feet pain ever since and can only relate it back to this horrific experience. Look elsewhere

O came in for a pedicure and was not disappointed in the least. My technician was patient, thorough, and professional. The ambiance is relaxing and the space is very clean. No rush job here. They take their time to get everything right. So glad I came.
