My review is for Tara. I got a facial from her and I’m amazed! I don’t trust people with my skin. She came highly recommended and turned around my girlfriends acne. First facial and I’m already seeing results. We made a plan for my upcoming wedding. And I’m so excited to see how gorgeous my skin can get. I have very sensitive skin and had no irritation at all! She knows her stuff and I can’t wait til my next facial! She’s worth every penny!!

Visited The Spa in Los Gatos on 30 December 2022 for my second massage in as many months. Welcomed by friendly, professional staff. I love the snack / waiting room. Debbie was a great masseuse – she asked and concentrated on trouble spots – I prefer leg and foot massage to improve circulation as I get older. My family plans on visiting The Spa in 2023.

This was our 1st time going to the spa that I found online after the one at our hotel turned out to be either temporarily or permanently closed. My husband and I went for a short weekend staycation in Los Gatos for our 40th anniversary and wanted to have a nice relaxing massage and they delivered! I told my technician where all my problem spots were and where I carry all my stress and she used just the right amount of pressure and worked out all the knots. The steam shower with the happy anniversary greeting on the door; the small 1st time discount; along with the champagne and snacks in the lounge were a lovely touch as well. We will definitely be visiting again!

It was fun but expensive. My friends got me a gift card for 310 for the jubilation. It was suppose to be 280 but at the end she said it was 290 but a 30 $ gratuity charge plus whatever tip was. I just thought that was a little much. The people who did the massage and facial were nice. I just don’t think I’ll go back

In general the spa is good I requesteda particular massage therapist for my birthday and when I arrived I checked in I was never told she had called in sick and was not there nor did anyone call me ahead of time to tell me. They are very disorganized in this spa, they have very young girls running the front desk I think they just need more training.
