Good people but do not schedule online. They haven’t invested in a system that receives online appointments correctly; scheduled a spa appointment for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift and their system did not receive the whole booking and they were not able to fit her in for all that was scheduled. Disappointing, and won’t be doing business with them again.

Every service visit to the Spa Downtown is nourishing on multiple levels. I enjoyed a facial with Kristy and a 90-minute massage with Melissa this week. The Spa Downtown really shines in three ways: 1. Kristy’s talents as an aesthetician are the best I’ve received anywhere. Our skin is our largest organ and she aims to help her clients have healthy skin.; 2. Customer service is top notch and this is something has been difficult for many businesses to sustain following COVID.; 3. They prioritize education on products and services and invest in top quality products in their services *for no added cost.* One example of this is the use of doTERRA essential oils as an option if you want to enhance your service. I am truly grateful to have the Spa Downtown in Las Cruces.

I was very disappointed with my massage experience. I booked 90 minutes to be sure I had time for a full body massage and work on my problem areas. I have low back/hip pain as well as neck/shoulder pain that I explicitly stated I needed work on. My therapist spent 5 minutes or so on my neck, 15 minutes on each arm and each leg thus leaving 20 minutes or so for my back, hips, and shoulders. Half of that time was spent putting hot towels on my back so the actual massage was very limited. I left there upset and frustrated. Don’t waste your money going here.

I had a great experience. The massage therapist, Ben, was awesome. I also got a manicure and a pedicure, which I enjoyed. During the massage, the ambiance music kept cutting in and out, and I feel like that took away from the experience. Overall, I’d recommend this salon and I look forward to returning there in the future.
