I highly suggest the Take My Stress Away package. With tips it is about $250, and absolutely worth it. Starting with a foot soak in the meditation room, where you can sip on warm tea while you wait for the next experience. Next up was the infared sauna. It was pretty intense! I could feel my pores opening and sweating it all out. Then I had the salt scrub and 75 minute massage. The massage therapist, Liz, was wonderful. She was able to listen to my body and apply the perfect pressure, and checked in often to make sure things were okay. I do tend to bruise easily, so I appreciated the check ins. The massage was wonderful and relaxing. Just what I needed!

So happy I discovered The Spa Central Coast (thanks to user reviews on Google). It is a very special place. It’s not just your typical salon where you get a facial or a massage. It’s like you enter another realm – a calm, happy, beautiful place, where you leave your worries at the door. I booked a Signature Facial (which is a bit of a misnomer because it’s technically a full body massage as well as a facial) with Kitty, the lovely owner. My husband had a full body massage/sea salt scrub combo in another room. We were offered a 15 min complimentary foot soak in the meditation room prior to our treatments, and of course we said yes! Sitting there in our comfy bathrobes was so relaxing. My husband and I both loved the whole experience – it was as much physically as it was spiritually rejuvenating. Also, every person working here is super nice. We came back 2 weeks later for an infrared treatment (I had never even heard about such procedure prior to coming here) and it was really nice. This is a place where people truly care, you feel it in every detail (like the hand-picked (by owner) pebbles in the foot soak bowl). This review is way too long now, but I just loved this Spa and wanted to convey it here.

I went to paso robles for a long weekend to celebrate my anniversary. The hotel i stayed at offered “spa” services when in reality it was through a “preferred” spa (3rd party). I went online, created a client profile, entered my personal information including my cc. I “requested” an appointment assuming i would receive a text or email confirming my appointment like any normal business. The day of, i received an appointment reminder email at 6:30am when my appointment was at 8am. At 8am! Who is up at 6:30 when your on vacation?! They had the audacity to email me my sales receipt for services i never received. When i requested my appt all the way to the end, not once did they notify me of their cancelled/no show policy. Because they dont have one! They rip people off. I called explaining i am not one to waste anyones time and understand how business’ work however my appt was never confirmed, or i would have made it to my couples massage. I offered to go in at a later time since i was already charged and they refused. Very unethical. I disputed the charge with my cc company and its currently under investigation. If you read old reviews, they are known to steal from their customers!

Went in for microdermabrasion, received lots of warm towels on my face, a very light neck, arm and hand massage, a nice facial massage, minimal head massage -none of which I asked for. And about 3 minutes of microdermabrasion work. Was cold the entire time. I did receive a lukewarm foot soak…but honestly wish I’d left my shoes on. It was so cold in fhe room. I asked how much it would come to as there were add ons…thinking to leave the tio in the room. But was told she didn’t do math and was therefore manipulated into giving a 20% tip at the counter from a very unfriendly cashier. Left with greasy hair from the minimal head massage- again not requested.

Beware!!! I put cash in my wallet then walked right out the door to drive to the spa. After the massage $100 was GONE! Yes, I fell asleep. I made the mistake of telling her that I was tired and would most likely do so. She was sly, that’s for sure! I wouldn’t have thought anything about it if I hadn’t JUST put it in my wallet. The massage wasn’t great either!! No pressure on tight muscles.

What a wonderful experience! My daughter and I were in town for a winetasting weekend and I decided to treat the two of us to massages. Kitty, the owner who did my massage was top notch. I felt fantastic afterwards and so relaxed. She’s obviously quite experienced. My daughter had an equally wonderful experience. The spa is very Zen-like, quiet, peaceful, and inviting. The staff are so friendly as well as professional. If I lived in town, I would definitely become a member. I can’t recommend the spa highly enough.

My husband and I just tried the infrared sauna here for the first time. Wow! I think we’re hooked! We both noticed that some joint pain that we were having – his elbows and my sacroiliac – was very much improved for quite a while after the session, and we felt SO relaxed. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, and the staff is really polite and helpful too. An all aground great experience. We’ll be back for more!

I have had a couple good massages here and my girlfriend loved hers… however we went today and I had the worst massage of my life. I highly recommend anyone but Shyla. We paid $355 for a deep tissue couples massage and she only rubbed me in the same spot until my skin was irritated. It was like she didn’t know what she was doing. I had others here that worked nice and slow, working out tight spots and generally doing good services. However this was egregious. She spent about 25 minuets just rubbing my feet. If my girlfriend wasn’t enjoying her massage I would have ended it. They were 10 minuets late and we stood around at the end waiting for someone to help us before we left.
