I’ve been coming here for a few months now for facials, and my skin has never looked better. I get my facial products here because the prices are too go to be true. Medical grade face creams are night and day different from those that aren’t. I love the staff and atmosphere of this place. I feel like a girly girl coming here and getting pampered with wine and face treatments. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to pamper themselves.

I had dysport and lip fillers done 2 weeks before I went on vacation. While on vacation I noticed that there were ZERO results from the dysport and the lip fillers that I had received went down to nothing. It looked as though I hadn’t had any services done whatsoever. I called and explained that I was out of town and made an appointment for when I returned. When I went in for my appointment to have these issues addressed I was told that if I wanted anything “fixed” that I would need to pay for it. The APRN stated “I promise I don’t fill the needles with water” which I found odd considering I never accused her of doing so…. So when I asked why I spent $900 and still have lines and it looks like I had nothing done, she stated they wouldn’t be fixing it and I’d need to pay. End of story. I am extremely disgusted by this facility and definitely won’t be returning. If I could give zero stars, I would….

Exceptional service at The Spa Boutique! My mother and I felt like Princesses! Denise is incredible at what she does; she is very friendly & personable. 🙂 Denise also makes you feel amazing in your own skin. I went in for Velashape III, however I had expressed concern for my hormonal acne as well. Denise is very knowledgeable and honest! She’s a breath of fresh air, and the Spa is truly lucky to have her! Me and my mom will definitely be returning to start our treatment plans with her!

Should of trusted my instinct prior to coming here. I had to remove some stars for several reasons. I’ve been going to this place for almost a year now and I was loving it at first but I’ve felt as if they took my kindness for weakness & also because I’m young but not young minded. I wanted to try every hand before making a review. I had my CoolSculpting done for the 1st time here and the deal was great but when it came to my follow up appointments, my file was disregarded due to their standard protocol. I shouldn’t be asked every time I come in how many follow ups I have left (should be listed on my file prior to my arrival – even if you have a standard protocol) I was cheated out of my appointments & I knew something wasn’t right! The man above gave me a sign to look at my paperwork and sure enough I had an extra 3 follow up appointments in which they disregarded until I mentioned it to them & then Jessica in the front desk lied to my face saying she was calling me which was not true because the owner said she was waiting for me to come in to talk to me about it. They were never going to call me for the 3 follow up appointments which upset me and that’s when I knew not to trust this place or the people in it. On top of that ANY appointment I had was being rescheduled or changed… not everyone has free time! Not going to lie this place organizational skills is messy. They lost a VALUED CUSTOMER I have a heart to forgive but I would never go back to this place & I tried offering them business which has nothing to do with me but I love to empower women with small businesses. God don’t like ugly & that’s why I stumbled across my paperwork. Please don’t offer customers deals if you cannot commit to it nor look at customers files prior to their visit. One last thing …GODBLESS DENISE she is the most sweetest, realest, humorous human being and has a heart of solid gold!!!! I appreciate everything you’ve done for me while being here.
