Was very happy with Mikayla and Suzanne who did my massage and facial but my Manicure wasn’t the greatest. I tried to make conversation but she wasn’t very talkative and only responded in one word answers mostly. Also I got the dazzle dry and it hasn’t been 24 hours and it is already started peeling. Super bummed about the salon side wish I could review each separately!!

Relaxful area, free wine or beverage after massage was a plus. The robes are so plush and comfortable. Definitely more expensive than most massage spots but overall it was nice

My massage with Matthew was incredible. He was experienced, educated and most importantly, intuitive. I needed relaxation and relief and he gave it to me. In terms of spa experience, I think they should extend their sauna and other amenities to guests receiving treatments. At the moment these amenities are only for guests of the hotel. Thank you Woodcliff. I’ll be back

My worst spa experience. Pls don’t even try. First time and last. I am addicted to great spa experience around the world and this one is among the top worst ones. I called 4 days before my appointment to cancel. Left a message that they said they never got it. Hard to believe when it is recorded in my phone but not on theirs. I got 3 text messages asking to pr. I decided to call today and they told me they never got the message and I needed to pay if not attending. Ok, let’s go. customer service weak all along. The scrub and wrap are so superficial and way worst than my own at home. Products quality weak. Leaving no tea no cozy area to relax. Small area to seat down. Everything wrong from beginning to ending.

This is a very beautiful Spa located right inside the Woodcliff Hotel. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Scheduled side-by-side pedicures for myself and my daughter as we were here on a girls getaway weekend. Alyssa and Kristine are very professional and delightful to talk to. I was even more impressed at the fact that they were even able to touch up one of my daughter’s toes and she noticed it’s smudged when we had come back to the room, even though we sat under the dryers for three Cycles. But it was no problem and they fixed it and no time. I would definitely come back again and hopefully schedule one of their bigger packages that includes a massage as well.

HORRIBLE customer service! I booked two massages and pedicures over the phone for my mom’s birthday then received a last minute phone call from them saying they had to move our appointments, because we were not scheduled on the half hour, and that the only thing they could offer us was an earlier appointment that would leave us with a 2-3 hour gap between our massage and pedicure. When I asked to speak with a manager, Andrea refused to take the call and I was told that was simply “their policy” because they are so busy on the weekends. They clearly do not value their clients, so I will definitely not be booking any future appointments here! For anyone looking to book a special occasion, I would not bother taking a chance here, as they are clearly not reliable.
