Located within La Jolla’s The Lodge at Torrey Pines, The Spa at Torrey Pines features 14 treatment rooms, steam and aromatherapy rooms, saunas and a relaxation lounge complete with fireplace. Marine and botanical-based products complement massages, skincare therapies and more. The Spa’s natural surroundings are reflected in treatments like the Coastal Sage body scrub, inspired by the 17 types of detoxifying sage found in the adjacent Torrey Pines State Reserve, and the “Torrey Pines Par-Fection,” an homage to the neighboring Torrey Pines Golf Course. Additional amenities include a pool and whirlpool, fitness center, yoga classes and guided hikes through the reserve

Although the spa is very nice, the best part is the ability to use the pool. Such a beautiful view and the hotel grounds are lovely. I had a nice manicure and we took advantage of the sauna and showers. Nice facilities but probably wouldn’t go out of my way to use the spa if they didn’t have the pool. We were not staying at the hotel. Great option if the boys are golfing.

A quiet, relaxing spa. I got my nails done here and there was practically no one else booked for the spa that day. I was taken care of wonderfully by the tech and had fun, engaging conversations with her about quite a few things 🙂 I also had a facial here, and it was truly SO relaxing that I honestly kept falling asleep! The food was also delicious and unique and featured flavors that were new to me, personally. The scenery is simply breathtaking and one of a kind as well. From the ocean view, to green, very well kept golf courses adorned with beautiful foliage, it was such a pleasure to visit.

Amazing spa experience! I went here on vacation and I had the perfect spa day to help me relax. The women’s locker room is spotless and they provide amenities in case you need to get ready after. The sauna was awesome as well. My therapist was amazing as well, top notch service!

Cant say much about this appointment bc I didn’t get to have it. I hit traffic on the way there and was a couple minutes late. They had me change in my robe and wait in the locker room. 10 minutes later they said that my appointment was almost over and asked me if I would like to sit at the spa table for 5 minutes?? They charged me full price for my appointment plus 20% tip. Will not be returning to the spa or restaurant anytime in the future. This is an over priced service to begin with. Technicians already got the tip so they were giddy.

We came with a years worth of stress and fatigue and left it all in the massage room! Fabulous!!! I got the “ warm rocks” my wife, the full massage. Could not have been happier or more “renewed”. The massage was our “treat”, not inexpensive, but, on, so worth it!!

Love the Spa! I go for manicures and Pedicures all the time with both Meghan and Dee. It’s very relaxing private and the manicures last two weeks and I use just regular polish!
