As a well deserved treat to unwind and give myself some self care visited the Miami Beach Edition Spa! Let me just begin with the hotel, absolutely STUNNING! The receptionist were friendly and indicated me the spa was a level below the lobby. Def makes the spa feel more intimate which I loved! Just like the rest of the hotel, the spa is so aesthetic and beautiful I literally wanted to live at the spa forever! The service given by everyone was so sweet, friendly, and helpful which made me feel at home. Even tho there aren’t many amenities at the spa and it’s is quite small, it feels cozy (they just have the changing rooms, steam room, a lounge area, and the private rooms for massages and treatments) I got the hot stone massage which was very good (8.5/10) and was part of the Miami Spa Week special which made the price very accessible (about $150) for a “high-end” spa. A bit sad that there was no pool access or not any other amenities to enjoy, but for the price I think it’s worth the treat.

A thousand times, yes. First of all, the spa is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Although it’s in the busy bustling city of Miami it’s still manages to be tranquil. I chose Javier for a deep tissue service, he is truly an expert. Finally, I was surprised at the pricing. I expected the bill to be double based on what I’ve experienced in other cities for a similar service.

The worst service I have ever received. Scheduled spa appointment online only to be told upon arrival that the reservation could not be found (I was told they were transitioning platforms and it may have resulted in a glitch). One month later I receive a full spa charge for the service dated 1 month after the scheduled appointment. Repeated calls to to the spa to speak with a manager to rectify the issue resulted in zero callbacks and frustration. Note to management – The hotel might be beautiful but the spa is completely mismanaged.
