Avoid this spa if you can. The prices are ridiculous, and the staff do not care about your concerns. A facial is $130 with a mandatory 21% gratuity added (before you receive the service), equaling $157 for a one-hour facial. My facial was with Madison. The facial started ten minutes late and ended 5 minutes early. It consisted of 4 different products being applied with a 10–15-minute wait. Madison sat behind me doing I do not know what. So, in essence, I got 20 minutes of service for $157 dollars. She did not deserve a 21% tip for her services. To be fair, my daughter did get a head, arm and leg massage in between applications. I guess I got the short end of the stick. Either way, I will not take my chances again. I will definitely stay at the Inn again, but I will not buy the spa package ever. Go somewhere else for your facial or massage.

Beautiful set-up! My husband had a 60-minute massage and left not only feeling refreshed but his massage therapist also gave him some tips. I had a 30-minute massage and a manicure. Both were conducted very professionally, with care, and carried pleasant conversations. We will definitely go back during the next visit to my sister’s.

It was beautiful and relaxing but they included the 20% tip in the check and made us pay before we even received the services. This was a problem because the tip should be based on how well the massages/pedicures were done. It was good for the most part but at some point my massage therapist squeezed my forearms so hard that they’re now bruised. Also, for how expensive the pedicure was, my nails look somewhat sloppy. Definitely try to go earlier in the day, as I think my experience may have been the result of being the last appointment of the day.

Recently took my daughter’s for massage and pedicures. Was extremely disappointed that we had to pay a 20% tip BEFORE services were rendered. I have never had this happen anywhere. My massage was incredible and the facility is beautiful. My pedicure was average, didn’t feel as though she did a very thorough job, though. Felt more like a polish change than and actual pedicure. Not sure I will be going back anytime soon for spa services.
