What a wonderful way to spend your DadCation. The Spa at The Hotel was amazing. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. No issues experienced and the massage… I have received quite a few massages during my life. Some at home, some at the mall, some at massage parlors and others at venues such as The Spa at The Hotel. My expectations were met even exceeded as my masseuse Brittany did her thing. She rubbed away the stress that I carried into The Spa with. She made me feel like those 50 minutes were all about me. During that time, she made me feel like I had no worries in the world. Excellent job Brittany. I will be back and I will definitely seek you out again.

I had the signature massage and facial and both were amazing! All the ladies at the spa were very welcoming and nice. Especially for my facial since I have acne prone skin and was currently having a breakout. She was very sweet and didn’t scold me like other spas have done. She just informed me on what I should be doing and encouraged me. I will definitely be coming back!

My daughter booked me a birthday spa day and I couldn’t be happier about the treatment I got here. From the moment I walked in. My massage was done by Blondell and she was world class! Gentle hands and amazing techniques. I have had massages in some upscale places but this beat them all. On your visit request for Blondell she’s amazing. I got the massage with the Himalayan salt stones. So relaxing. When I was done I relaxed in the relaxation room. Nice reclining chairs and soothing music. I also had a cup of green tea! Awesome service

The ambiance and the heated bed was a great addition to my massage and facial experience! The facial was great and the specialist was really knowledgeable, and I feel equipped with information to help keep my breakouts under control. I also liked that they didn’t try to push products on me, like other Spa’s. I am so glad to have The Spa here in our neighborhood and I look forward to coming back again soon!!!

Went for a couples massage. The experience was OK. We paid about $450 for the two of us. My wife requested a deep tissue massage but her massage therapist performed a treatment much like any Swedish massage and didn’t seem to be very confident in her technique. She also didn’t apply the needed pressure even after being prompted. My massage was pretty good but nothing memorable. Certainly feel the experience was overpriced for what we got in a 50 min session. Also, the hot stones were nice but didn’t improve the quality of the massage so we would not pay for that add-on in the future. I doubt we will come back as there are other options in the area that provide similar or better massages for a lower price.

This spa experience was unreal, from beginning to end in the best way possible. Arguably the best massage of my life! My husband and I went in for a couples massage for our anniversary and it was a lovely experience. The spa itself is really nice but also the people working there and the massage therapists were both professional and nice. I truly recommend this place to anyone.

Cordelia was my esthetician. She is a season black female who has done waxing for over 20 years. Yes, I had some rough spots that made my eyes jump out but she kept talking me through it. She changed the music from elevator slow mellow to upbeat which was helpful. Also, we talked about everything. So, she had me engaged in the conversation which was also helpful. Would I do it again? Yes because she was good.

This was the best experience that I have ever had! My husband and I were there as a celebration for his birthday and he thoroughly enjoyed the experience as well. Do yourself a favor and book a massage and facial for yourself and explore more of what they have to offer!!! I am already planning our next visit.

This was my first time at the spa and I will return. The location of the spa is not ideal for those not staying at the hotel or for first timers. The spa was clean and the attendants were very pleasant. My massage therapist was probably one of the best I ever had (LaSean) and 80 min spa was amazing.

The Spa is clean, inviting, and very relaxing. It’s a full service spa with a very wide variety of services. The staff and technicians are very professional and make you feel welcomed. I had a great experience and will be back to do more self care.
