I just had a wonderful prenatal massage with Kathleen (apologies if I spelt that wrong) and made another appointment right after! My body feels refreshed! Thank you so much. Critical: ProfessionalismThe people who work here are lovely.But the owner does not know how to run a business! I missed an appointment because I was sick and was told the fee is 50%.And I have no issue with that as it’s standard.But after completing a new service and booking 2 more,the silly owner tried to raise the fee to 100% while I was checking out…,which was very poor business practice .I felt pretty unappreciated as she continued to lecture me as I paid for my services!Well my relaxation feeling was gone for good!Lol.There are way better spa and spa owners in this town.Not worth any more words!The people who work here are lovely.But the owner does not know how to run a business! I had the most wonderful facial this afternoon by Micheline! She was so kind, evaluated my skin and gave me one of the most therapeutic and relaxing facial’s I have ever had! She did not push services, products and stuck within my budget which I really appreciated but still gave me glowing skin and a relaxing feeling as I left the spa. She did not rush and the massage portion was amazing and not something you normally get with a facial! From start to finish was wonderful, the receptionist was lovely and escorted me into a quiet room with the neck wrap. It’s a great special treat!
