Absolutely wonderful massage experience with Jessica! I truly cannot express how happy I am to have found her at this spa. I work a high stress job that causes a lot of tension and migraines. She takes her time in getting to know you and what you need to help you heal mind, body, and soul. I feel more refreshed and energized after my appointment with her than I have with any other masseuse. I strongly recommend Jessica to my friends and family, so if you are looking to have a massage I suggest booking with her- I promise you will not be disappointed.

Took my girlfriend and I here to spoil ourselves, and they did not disappoint! From the time we got there and checked in to our hotel, we were treated like honored guests. The couples massage was absolutely incredible for both of us, the changing rooms were incredible well maintained and cleaned regularly. And the champagne while we waited for our facials was a wonderful touch. (Speaking of which, thank you Erica for being such an amazing human being!)

25-minute massage was wonderful and went by fast; wish I would’ve done a longer one because Rita was amazing! Comes with access to indoor lounge, outdoor lounge with water feature, sauna, coffee/water/champagne, snacks/gelato, showers, and locker room. Also got a deep sea scrub pedicure, also amazing. Very clean, attentive, detailed. You keep all utensils used, including the files and the bottle of nail polish you choose. Tip (20%) is automatically added.

I enjoyed my visit to the Spa at The Breakers. One fair warning to those of you going: you will be charged 20% gratuity at the end of your stay, so keep that in mind as you go in. Otherwise, the place is immaculate, the staff are friendly and professional, and the service is excellent. I would go again, just skip the cash tip.

A relaxing, luxurious, pampered, pristine spa where you could spend and entire day. We booked a couples massage, and it was pure bliss. Our masseuses were very friendly and gave a great massage. The robes they provide are very comfortable, and the facilities have all the amenities you could want: grooming, sauna, steam room, showers, comfy chairs, outdoor patio with bubble relaxation pool, drinks, gelato, and plenty more. If you want a relaxing afternoon/day, book an appointment here, and you can use their facilities all day long. Definitely worth checking out.

Critical: CommunicationThe resort is beautiful. My masseuse was great and we frequently visit The Breakers. However, my issue was the poor communication and unwillingness to accept their mistake. I went onsite Tuesday February 2nd and booked a couples massage for the following day. We were scheduled at 12. As my wife and I waited to celebrate our anniversary together, Alaina Wedgworth (who looked like the manager) came out and told us “it seems like there was a miscommunication and you booked the wrong massage.”That made no sense!!! First of all we booked a couples massage. Secondly, YOU the Spa made the mistake. Alaina kept referring that we made the mistake. Very poor customer service!! Not willing to accept their mistake. After that, they told to wait until 12:30 to try to find another room or suite. We waited 30 minutes and then Alaina again said: we only have a slot open for 4:30 pm.We decided to just split up and do individual massages. We regularly go to Spas and this spa does not accommodate their guests. They didn’t even provide a discount for their mistake and making us wait. I was embarrassed and very upset! Could not enjoy our anniversary with my wife at the Spa.The resort is beautiful. I just had my nails done and they look like it was done by a 5 year old kid. I will post a picture in yelp since I can not do it here. Do not waste your money and time here. Its expensive and not good at all. I have immediately requested a new appointment with another professional for the next day and as soon as I showed up for my appointment they told me that gel will take longer to removed and they don’t have available time to fix my nails until later afternoon “like I have all the time to spend at the salon wile I’m in the hotel during a business trip”. I have my nails done back where I live and pay 40% less with outstanding results. I will update my review after my appointment tomorrow but for now this is extremely disappointing.

Two major complaints: One, the services are being conducted in a Guest Room while the new Spa Center is being renovated. Two, VERY DISAPPOINTED the hotel is no longer extending Pool Privileges to Spa Patrons. As a local resident for over 30 years, I have been going to the Breakers Hotel with friends and out of town visitors several times per year. We especially enjoyed having a Spa Treatment, then going to Lunch at the Pool Side restaurants. After a day of swimming, and cocktails by the pool, we would then shower and have dinner at the hotel (after shopping in the gift shops). These visits were a special treat, and we spent many hundreds of dollars at the property. We will no longer enjoy these days at The Spa since the other local Spas will offer the Pool Privilege, which is an important part of the whole experience. Too bad The Breakers Hotel does not value the local residents. Everyone I have spoken to about this change in policy is extremely disappointed. Let’s hope they come to their senses and realize how much money the locals pour into their property.

The Breakers has become very disrespectful of guests wishing to visit the spa, pool , restaurants, cabana’s etc. We parked…went to set a spa date for the next week. We were immediately interrogated and told we weren’t allowed to walk to the spa. We explained we had done this before. They said we just hadn’t been caught an said we could try. We walked to the spa and were quickly told things had changed and could no longer use those facilities. So we left 10 minutes after parking. We went to get our car and had to pay $30 for parking. No one had mentioned $30 when we told them we were only going to check in about the spa. I always thought it was dull and full of rude people spending Grandma and Grandpa’s money but had great access to outdoor activities and restaurants. The hotel is dated and is used to for those to thumb there nose at commoners. The joke is there are alternatives offering similar services close by. Now we enjoy updated amenities beautifully maintained and reasonably priced. It’s nice not to have to have Thurston Howell and Lovey, Judge Smails and Spalding hanging around. Let them eat cake or $100 brunches that Red Lobster puts to shame.
