2 friends from work and myself decided after as hard as we work, we deserve a day to treat ourselves! We all scheduled massages (90 min each) and a scenic soak. I had a male masseuse, as I have no preference as long as they are firm but listen if it is too much. He was just that! He worked on many of my “trigger” points (as a nurse I’m constantly on my feet and exhausting my back) and still kept the environment relaxing. The Scenic Soak was on the patio outside, where we had a breeze and potential for rain that never happened. It was beautiful! This was followed by iced tea, a small lunch (ordered) in the lounge area, jacuzzi, and sauna. We were able to see the beautiful desert land from everywhere we went inside, the views were calming. Our afternoon finished with a shower (which included a view as well). Today was wonderful and well deserved!

Amazing experience! Had Tammie for my facial and Karen for massage. Being black you may get treated differently at some places but I felt welcomed and comfortable here the entire time. The view from the 14th floor is a plus.

1st and foremost, then Mens locker room is borderline disgusting. After taking the first step into the steam room, you immediately notice the muddy looking standing water on the floor. A closer look at the walls and you may get nauseated by the amount of mold visible. The showers had the same grime and mold in its tiles. So clear that deep cleaning this space is not a priority. Then was the massage. Wife and I signed up for a 105min couples massage simply because of the duration being longer than any other we found. Unfortunately, the massage was still only about 60ish minutes, while 30 was spent doing a “massage technique” so ineffective that involved the lights pressure with a single finger poke every 10seconds down the side of the leg. Yes, as ridiculous as it sounds. The remaining time was used up by the excessively long transitions to other body parts. It was clear the tactics used in the 105min massage is to waste time, not actually provide a longer massage.

The therapist ran out of time and literally stopped in the middle of my service. This happened to me and my husband. The manager did respond and apologize however I would not recommend this spa. The lack of expertise and prices don’t align to the treatment you receive. Don’t waste your time!

We went here for the weekend for a couples massage at the spa while staying at the resort and it was amazing! I highly recommend, Lynn as a massage therapist. She greatly helped relax my muscles and get out my knots! I felt less tense and so relaxed after. The spa offers gorgeous views of the city on patio and throughout the spa being in the 14th floor. I didn’t try the jacuzzi, but the eucalyptus steam room was another big perk along with the accommodating spa attendants! I’d you’re staying at Talking Stick and want some relaxation time… give their spa place a try!

I have been to the spa twice. It’s probably one of the best places I’ve been to and I think they keep the history of your masseuse from the time before. I got the same masseuses and it was really nice and they are beyond respectful, polite, and sweet. I did a couple’s massage and a presoak. 10/10 They know what they are doing, and I was on cloud 9. I recommend everyone to go there. Honestly the best service I could ask for.

Amazing place, very friendly and respectful customer service. Would have given it a 5 star, but I did a couples massage, and my girlfriend had 2 areas that really needed to be worked over, her shoulders and lower back. She told the masseuse about it. Instead of just focusing on those areas the masseuse just gave her a standard full body massage. As for me, I apparently fell asleep for a short time, so it must of been great!

I called several times over the past couple days during business hours but received no answer. When I finally did reach a young lady at the front desk she seemed bothered – as if I was interrupting something. She wasn’t helpful in answering my questions so I’m not comfortable with the level of professionalism here. There are a lot of quality spas in Arizona – perhaps this one doesn’t need my business.
