What a GEM of a day spa! To find this kind of luxury treatments and service outside NYC is a rare find. I have come here for multiple treatments- laser, massage, facials, etc. Each esthetician I’ve seen have been so professional and friendly. They truly create a one of a kind oasis for the ultimate relaxation-meets- state of the art treatments. I recently did a Clear and Brilliant Touch treatment- nobody could tell I did this laser facial and my skin looks like all my issues were literally magically erased in about 1 week!

I saw an anonymous negative review here and i usually don’t write reviews. But I had to say something about it. 1- when you post a review hide yourself to trash a place that you’ve only been once, it simply has no validation to me. 2- I have been coming here for over 10 years and I travel the world for my job and my only relaxation at times is a massage. I can tell you that red hots it’s one of the best places I’ve been. The staff is amazing, friendly and caring. The owner makes you feel like she knows you. It’s like you’re family here. Not to mention that they have the most cutting edge in skin care and more. Don’t let an angry person deter you from enjoying this place. Check it out for yourself.

I booked a group of 19 for my girlfriend’s 50th Birthday celebration. All the ladies did enjoyed their massages, facials and other services. 2 people canceled last minute and I had to still pay full price for them.(in the contract not a problem)The problem was one of my guests was not on the list. I paid for 19 people 18 showed up 1 was not listed. A name change was not allowed so I was charged for a 20th person due to the listing error. They refused to just add the unlisted person I place of 1 of the no shows. As much money as this event cost I felt like it was very unfair to not allow a “name change”. It wasn’t an international plane!!!!!. I paid , but still feel like I was taken advantage of. I will never go back.
