Super disappointed by my experience. My technician was very unfriendly until I wanted to purchase product or schedule additional services. When I needed to reschedule my appointment due to a family emergency I was told that I would be charged a cancelation feel. They are not obliging to their new customers and their strict policies and cold approach made me feel like taking my business els ware.

Horrible experience. I booked an appointment for me and my daughter to get a pedicure and a gel polish on our nails. We were leaving the next day on a trip.1st red flag was when I called I was misinformed on what I was paying for. I was told we could get gel polish on our feet, that was wrong. I payed $150 for a generic pedicure and polish on our hands that peeled off 2 days into our trip. I did tip the girls $15 each because that’s just who I am but…. the salon is in dire need of a upgrade! Everything is way dated and no color choices, chairs cheap and uncomfortable and faced directly at the sun with no shades.. Super disappointing! I will never go there again and will not recommend going here to anyone. Just because you think you need to keep up with prices doesn’t mean your quality is up to standards. Wish I could give a negative star review. I did call to complain and they suggested coming back in when we came back but that’s completely ridiculous, nothing will be any different.

My wife and I went to the spa for massages. My masseuse was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where to rub to work out knots. Staff was friendly. We would recommend this place. It’s the first time my wife and I got massages together and both had a great experience.

I stopped in to Lily’s Spa after a really stressful work week and it did not disappoint! I left feeling amazingly relaxed, de-stressed, and happy. Jeson’s hands are seriously magic and painlessly worked out all my knots. The prices are extremely reasonable – I paid $45 for an hour (1/2 hour awesome foot/leg massage and 1/2 hour AMAZING body massage). Definitely give this place a try!
