Booked an 80 min massage online, unfortunately I booked it a day earlier by mistake. I show up Saturday and you think they let me go Saturday? NOPE, they told me that the $210 I paid on Friday is non-refundable BUT they’d be gracious enough to give me a 20% discount for that day. OH GEE THANKS, LET ME SPEND $400 on a massage because you guys aren’t professional enough to offer a customer some relief for a mistake booked online.
