BREATH TAKING. Everything is so clean and peaceful. There’s soft music playing. I could have spent all day just laying in the waiting area. I really enjoyed my massage and pedicure. The staff is so professional and nice.

Very nice ambiance, however the facial was too basic. Basically paid $140 to cleanse and exfoliate. Got a mask and two hot towels… I asked that some of my blackheads be removed, they removed 4 and it came at a $20 charge. I left the spa and looked in the mirror, I had sunscreen stuffed in my nostrils. I myself popped a few more blackheads and a day after my face and neck broke out in tiny red spots. An allergic reaction perhaps. I don’t recommend the facials. Sorry!

Disappointing at best. While my therapist was very nice, she was not attentive to basic requests (no face or scalp massage), her pressure was intense, and my massage was not 50 minutes; as I was in and out of the room in 50 minutes. No staff member asked if I enjoyed my service; as no one cared. For the price and the service received, I was VERY disappointed.

Wonderful experience, Hubert and Jess did an amazing job with our couples massage. The spa is very nice and clean, great amenities and employees. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how disappointed I was in my stay at the casino resort. Go to the spa, but stay somewhere else close by. Our stay left a lot to be desired and the hotel front desk staff is very rude and not helpful.

After having a terrible experience with the casino staff. We decided to keep our reservations at the Spa. Mainly thanks to Cara at the Spa. She was so welcoming and made our experience in the spa a wonderful one. She was extremely accommodating and checked on our group many times throughout the day to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Although I will never go to Mt. Airy Casino again, I would return to the Spa because it was a wonderful, relaxing experience.

Overall, it was a good experience. If you go to the spa, I don’t recommend getting a regular manicure. My cuticles didn’t look any better after and the nail polish was super cheap and chipped off within 2 days.

This place is beautiful. The facility itself is second to none. Clean modern and relaxing. We did a couples massage and were both very satisfied with our therapists. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because after the actual massage you have full access to their amenities for the day. They should have told us to make a plan of how long we wanted to stay after. Men and women are obviously separate in the shower and steam room. I asked both my therapist and the locker attendant to tell my wife I would be 30 mins. I wanted her to enjoy it as well. They failed to do so. She didn’t want to keep me waiting so after I steamed and showered I saw a txt that she was upstairs waiting on me for 25 mins. It sort of spoiled our day.
