Ellen gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had! My facial was amazing too. The staff is super friendly and they truly make the whole experience that much better. It’s very clean, and appts are well spaced so you don’t really see other spa guests. The jacuzzi and steam room were perfectly maintained and it was so easy to hop in between treatments. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great massage and a way to disconnect.

I had a great experience especially for my Facial. Facility is clean and relaxing. Staff were very nice. We used the spa hot tub which was nice. The only annoyance was that all our appointments were spread apart throughout the day with some several hours apart. We took what was available. Not the best use of the day but live and learn!

Such a wonderful spa experience! Great variety of treatments, and the ladies locker room was pristine. It’s not a huge spa, so be prepared for some tight quarters. The scents they have are great as well. I recommend the redwood-lavender. The one masseuse I had was very chatty, so you may want to set your expectations with your person before you get started.

We came to the spa after my husbands mother died, we were treated rudely and not allowed to use the facilities. I was not able to get a service because they were understaffed and paid $50 for their “sanctuary pass” which is just a steam room a small tub and under serviced locker room with drug store products. For just a spa this is not worth anyone’s money

The facilities were impeccable and well maintained. The staff was perfectly trained. We have zero complaints or critiques about this spa. It definitely lives up to the hype. We recommend bringing your swim suit and hanging out around the pool and hot tub before your appointments. We actually had the entire pool area to ourself. After a fun day on the slopes, the spa at mirror lake inn got us back to 100%.
