We had a great time at this hotel and spa. The staff was excellent!! From Rihannon at the front desk to Marcel C. and Zaira in the hotel restaurant. They remembered us each morning as well as our preferences with our morning coffee. They were both always friendly, greeted us with kindness, and helped with suggestions to explore the area. The spa staff was also wonderful. They were very helpful in correcting our services that were scheduled via the reservation staff and very welcoming. The room was very comfortable, the food was great, and the service was excellent. Can’t imagine anything else you would need in a hotel. We will definitely be staying there during our future trips to Santa Fe.

Like many of the hotels in downtown Santa Fe this one is in need of some updates and refreshening. I have spent many weekends in Santa Fe and always wanted to stay here. I had the chance to stay at the Loretto Inn when a client made the arrangements. I wasn’t impressed. It’s right downtown and easy walk to all the shops and attractions. Room was ok. Restaurant was ok.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI stayed here last month for a girls weekend. The location is perfect. It’s within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. If we could have stayed an extra day I would have rented electric bikes to explore about a little further. The best part of Loretto was the spa. I’ve only had a handful of facials but OMG the oxygen facial is so worth it. I’m still seeing results weeks later. I was a little skeptical regarding the cost but have since been recommending it to everyone. My face is still glowing. If we could have stayed an extra day I would have rented electric bikes to explore about a little further. The best part of Loretto was the spa. This is a lovely hotel the staff is super friendly and helpful. There’s a really nice restaurant and a cool pool. The rooms are spacious and had wonderful balconies. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was a wonderful
