We came for a girls weekend to celebrate our 40th birthdays and were treated very well! We even got personalized goodie bags to bring home at the end. Three of us got the HPC full treatment and one of us got a facial and scrub. We used the steam room and sauna and enjoyed relaxing beforehand. My massage therapist, Breann was wonderful. I loved the smells of the products she used. Overall a wonderful experience!

Probably the best spa I’ve EVER been to. My husband and I had the most amazing/relaxing experience. My masseuse, Julie, was incredible. My husband’s masseuse was named Jojo, and while I didn’t have her, he told me when we were done: “The whole time I was thinking, ‘I hope my wife is getting what I’m getting right now.’” We can’t wait to come back soon. Reservations when I booked them months before got messed up. The facility was nice but not great. One shower head was broken and there were no amenities in that room either. In another shower the hooks were ripped off the wall. Nowhere to put stuff and no place to sit down.

Getting a massage at the Spa at Hotel Park City was lovely. My whole experience was lovely, my massage therapist was friendly and polite, and also good at asking questions to make sure I was comfortable, and the rest of the time just let me be. It was perfect.

Not great. Upon arrival we were barley greeted by the front desk, rather pointed to us in either direction. (Was with my husband for anniversary spa day). I got in the ladies locker room, no one showed me around, explained lock, etc. After showing myself around, checking out the sauna, etc. I proceeded to the women’s lounge to wait for my treatment. I went to get a glass for their self-serve water dispenser, but there were NO glasses there. Just disappointed in overall with the customer service and amenities during our time. On a positive note, both mine and my husband’s massage therapists were wonderful.

I had hands down THEE BEST prenatal massage by Kat! Probably my favorite part of our family ski trip Proper pillows were provided so I could comfortably lay face down, a luxury since pregnancy means I spend most of my sleep hours on my side. From start to finish, there was exceptional attention to care and detail. Pressure and technique were perfect. She worked miracles on the knots and tightness I acquired from pregnancy (and running after 2 toddlers!) Additionally, the front staff were amazing at working me into the schedule, extremely friendly, professional and flexible when I had a slight delay. Wish this spa was closer to our main residence bc I would go biweekly! Rates are a little higher than other massage places nearby, but 100% worth it.
